Supporting Native Families with Dignity and Respect
Our Story and Mission
Fast Pass LLC exists to empower Native American communities and all underserved populations through skilled trades training, comprehensive case management, education and employment pathways, and financial independence. We are not a handout — we are a hand up. Rooted in the values of our ancestors and driven by the urgency of our people's needs, we build careers, restore dignity, and create generational change — one apprentice, one family, one community at a time.
Who We Are
Fast Pass LLC is a Native American-owned workforce development and supportive services company headquartered in Arizona. We were founded by Native leadership with lived experience — people who have seen firsthand the barriers that hold our communities back, and who decided to build something that breaks them down. We are not a charity. We are not a program that disappears when the grant money runs out. We are a launchpad for self-sufficiency and generational change.
Our work serves Indigenous communities first — and extends to all underserved populations who need a real pathway to stability, employment, and financial independence. We deliver construction apprenticeships, comprehensive case management, education and employment assistance, and financial and credit education and repair. Every service is designed with one goal: to move people from where they are to where they deserve to be.
We are rooted in the cultural values that have sustained our people for millennia — K'é (kinship and right relationship), collective responsibility, and self-determination. These are not abstract ideas for us. They are how we operate. They are why we exist. When one of us rises, we all rise. That is not a slogan. That is our business model.
Our Story
Fast Pass LLC was born from witnessing the exploitation and displacement of Native people — particularly in the wake of Arizona's insurance fraud crisis, where predatory operators weaponized sober living facilities and behavioral health systems to extract millions from vulnerable Indigenous individuals. Our communities were treated as revenue streams. Our people were shuffled through systems designed to bill for their suffering, not end it. Families were separated. Lives were destroyed. And the people who profited faced few consequences while our relatives were left with nothing.
We created Fast Pass LLC to be the opposite of everything that harmed our communities. Transparent where they were deceptive. Accountable where they were corrupt. Built by our own people, for our own people. Our founder's vision was simple and unshakable: break the cycles — of poverty, of exploitation, of dependency — by giving Native people the tools, training, and support they need to stand on their own and lead. Not someday. Now.
That vision is what drives every apprenticeship we run, every case we manage, every financial future we help rebuild. We carry the resilience of our ancestors and the urgency of this moment. We are not waiting for someone else to fix what is broken. We are building the solution ourselves — with our own hands, on our own terms.
Our Values
These are not words on a wall. They are the standards we hold ourselves to — every day, in every interaction, in every program we deliver.

Our Team
Fast Pass LLC is led by a team of dedicated professionals with deep roots in Native communities and expertise in construction, workforce development, case management, and financial services. Our leadership brings lived experience and unwavering commitment to every program we deliver. We are not outsiders looking in. We are community members building from within — with the credentials, the relationships, and the cultural understanding to do it right.
